Is there any free software development kits out there? or if not free at least what would be the best one?
Im looking for a free software development kit. If not free what would be a good one to design my own programs for Flight Simulator Add-ons or something like Quicken. I’m wanting to make my own Stock Market PC game and things like that. Any help would be nice. Thank You
