Delta SkyMiles Members Learn About OmniVue Business Agility

OmniVue was built from the ground up as a services firm, focused on providing exceptional service over the lifetime of clients’ software investments.  At the core of exceptional service is the ability to understand the unique needs of clients and provide them with choices for business management solutions.

OmniVue has a uniquely proprietary and branded proposition, known as its Business Agility Assessment.   C-Level executives flying Delta Air Lines are reading about this program in the current issue of Delta’s Sky magazine.  The actual assessment is done as a dynamic interactive conversation; OmniVue’s Agility Assessment is a structured, analytical assessment highlighting clients’ core ability to respond organically to shifting market and business dynamics.

Jeff Pyden, Managing Director of OmniVue noted, “By sharing this program with SkyMiles Members, many of whom are C-Level executives, we help to reveal constraints which weaken proactive decision management.  We recognize the amount of hours our clients spend on airplanes and believe that SKY Magazine will help to highlight the fact that decision-making must be augmented by operationally aligned, customized, and transformative software.”

Publisher of Delta’s Sky magazine, Marialice Harwood, congratulated Pyden for his forward thinking initiative: “OmniVue understands that top executives use their flying time to consider best practices, process improvement, and methodologies to become leadership-driven organizations.   Sky is designed to provide interesting, informative, and educational tools to our readers.  We know what our most valued flyers want to see each month and are delighted to share the OmniVue Agility Assessment with our readers, among which are Delta’s Medallion SkyMiles Member Executives.”

OmniVue is the recognized leader in delivering the innovative Microsoft Dynamics products and services that enable small to mid-sized companies to efficiently run their organizations and make informed business decisions. Delta Travel Assist?

My mother is coming from overseas to JFK and she needs to get a connecting flight with Delta to upstate NewYork. I was going to fly to JFK and meet my mother there and help her catch the connecting flight, but i learned that Delta has a complimentary program where they will meet with my mother at the gate (after her overseas flight lands) and assist her to the connecting flight. I guess they do this for kids. Has anyone used this service before?

You may want to call Delta and confirm that. I’m not sure that your information is correct. They do provide assistance for travelers with disabilities. They also provide it for children who are traveling alone, but I’ve never heard of it for adults who are not disabled. (By the way, the assistance for children is not complimentary. It costs $100).

The Delta terminal is not that difficult to navigate. If she needs help, all she needs to do is stop at a gate or an information booth and ask for directions. They’ll point her the right way.
